In Italy, in the heart of Piedmont, one of the most famous wine regions in the world, is the Slow Food talent factory. Studying there and at the same time getting to know food systems all over the world has shaped my work philosophy to this day.

The Culinary Region of Lower Bavaria was launched as a pilot and flagship project based on a future concept drawn up for the Free State of Bavaria. A regional culinary network that aims to bring more vitality and sustainability to the region.
